Cost:
- 1,200 RUB/person for a group from 10 to 20 people
- 1,500 RUB/person for a group under 10 people

Cheesemaking master class 3-4 hours
You will join a group of 8 to 18 people. You should coordinate time (the class starts before midday) in advance.
During our master class you will:
- Learn and actively participate in the process of making Juncata, Caciotta and Ricotta cheese according to old Italian recipes. You will be stirring cheese curd, laying it in the molds with the experts guiding you every step of the way. Then you are going to taste the cheese you cooked and cheese-making experts will answer all your questions.
- Enjoy a delicious meal during which you will:
- Sample our cheeses not made during the master class, get a glimpse into secrets of each cheese, learn its manufacturing process and get some idea about the ropes of our
trade.
- Savor a true farm-to-fork lunch showcasing products from the farm (potato cream soup with seasoned Parmesan cheese, pasture-raised beef stewed with vegetables,
dessert, tea, water, and freshly baked bread).
